• Gill hematoxylin reagents are progressive nuclear stains
• A range of concentrations are available to suit both cytology and histology protocols
• All stains are formulated to avoid precipitation
• Gill #1: Used to highlight cell nuclei- recommended for cytology
• Gill #2: Used to highlight cell nuclei- produces more intense color
• Gill #3: Used to highlight cell nuclei- recommended for shortened staining time, to intensify color & for thicker specimens. Recommended for histology and dermatology
